Protects your home
Properly installed gutters carry rain and meltwater away from your foundation, siding, and landscaping — preventing the kind of slow damage you only notice once it's expensive.
Williams Lake · Serving the Cariboo
Family-owned eavestrough installation. Honest work, careful detail, and gutters that quietly do their job for decades.
About us
Exact Eavestroughs Seamless Gutters is a family-owned and operated business based in Williams Lake, BC. We started this company because we saw a need for an installer in the Cariboo who would show up when promised, do careful work, and treat each home like it was our own.
Every job we take on is measured, fabricated, and installed by people who actually live in this region. We know what Cariboo winters are like. We know what spring runoff does to a poorly pitched gutter, and we know how much heartache a leaking eavestrough can cause five years down the road.
We're proud to serve homeowners across Williams Lake and the surrounding Cariboo communities — from in-town builds and renovations to acreages, ranches, and lakefront properties.

Why gutters matter
Most homeowners don't think about their gutters until something goes wrong. Here's what a properly installed system actually does for your home.
Properly installed gutters carry rain and meltwater away from your foundation, siding, and landscaping — preventing the kind of slow damage you only notice once it's expensive.
Heavy rain, spring melt, snow load, ice — our installations are sized and pitched for what the Cariboo actually throws at a roofline.
Seamless aluminum, professional mounting, and clean finishing details mean fewer leaks, fewer call-backs, and gutters you can stop thinking about.
What we do
Everything we install is designed to handle Cariboo weather and last for decades. Not sure what you need? Just call — we'll come look.
Continuous aluminum gutters, custom-formed on site to the exact length of your roofline. No seams along the run means dramatically fewer leaks and a much cleaner look than sectional gutters.
The flat board that runs along the edge of your roof, behind the gutter — plus the aluminum capping that wraps over wood fascia to protect it from weather and rot. Once it's on, you don't have to paint or maintain it again.
The panels under your roof overhang. Properly installed soffits ventilate your attic, keep pests out, and finish off the underside of the eaves.
Small mounted guards that hold snow on the roof so it slides off in manageable amounts instead of in one heavy sheet — protecting your gutters, landscaping, and anyone walking below.
A fine mesh cover that lets water through but keeps pine needles, leaves, and debris out. Especially valuable in the Cariboo where conifer needles love to clog gutters.
Low-wattage heating cable that runs along your gutters and downspouts to prevent ice dams and frozen blockages during winter. Plug it in when the cold snaps hit; ignore it the rest of the year.
